Sorry I've been out so long (if someone actually cares..). This has been an extremely busy week for me and all I want to do right now is sleep.

I adore the disco diva touch that the shoes give to the whole thing, it's so Chanel, don't you think? I need a white blazer ASAP.

I'll try to post tomorrow something about the royal wedding!

Oh my! Am I the only one loving Alexander McQueen's new collection? As you know, I love black so I had an instant crush on everything here.. plus the pattern of the long dress and the trousers is extremely cool!

Well HELLO fuzzy!

My mom always teases me about how I 'need' everything, and I know I've said 'I need' at least 5 times this week.. but WHO DOESN'T NEED A FAIX FUR VEST? Specially one black and another one white? Admit it, it's a basic need for every girl and I have the right to wish.

I need to go to NYC asap. This is what I need above all needs.

Picnic day-

I WANT A LONG SKIRT. I really really want it; I know it looks easy to make, and I am almost sure it IS easy to make but: A) I have NO time & B) I haven't seen a fabric pretty enough to be turn into a skirt.

Black out

Im trying to stop wearing shades of black everyday... I mean, its summer! Why am I still all winter? Oh right, because here it can be sunny one minute and the next one it's already raining.  EF YOU BIPOLAR WEATHER!

Anyway, this is my way of letting it go slowly.

I refuse to do my homework today and I specially refuse to study for tomorrow's test. Wish me luck.

Last night I went to the movies with some friends, we watched "Just go with it" and it was HILARIOUS! Well the thing is, my birthday is in 2 weeks so they wanted to check stores with me to "make a birthday wish-list" (Aren't they the cutest?) - Well while walking through Zara something caught my eye inmediatly..  It was all I could think of for the rest of the night (FINE, I'll admit it.. I still can't get it out of my head) . This blazer is summer caught up in one piece! Is all I can ask for and I absolutely adore it!  
I know I posted here a magenta one but I personally love the green one, it depends on you I guess. Anyway, Zara totally read my mind by making all-color blazer, you should too check this one, this one, and this one. 


Remind me pleas to start saving for the green one because I will not get through life if I don't have it. Oh and tomorrow I start going to the gym, again.. hope this time I stay more than one week.


Gotta go to do some homework because shirts patterns don't make by it selves.

Party rockers in the house tonight

Rockstar much? I love this fancy rocker style, mixes my two favorite things.. classy and edgy. I wore this to a party two weeks ago, without the leather jacket because I knew it would be extremely hot in there, but it still looked amazing. The best part of it is I made the skirt!! Yes, me, myself and I! Of course it's the easiest thing to do, but I was so excited I believe I told everyone that night. It's the first thing I wore made by me, so it's kind of special.  I will make more of this, they are so helpful.

Sometimes when I go to bed I start thinking about what Im wearing the next day and I like to start with shoes. Why? Because if you imagine this cute silk top with some cool print in it and you do not own it, you can easily change it to one that you do own.. may not be the same but it may work similarly, same thing with bottoms- But if you don't own those amazing wedges you imagine with your black leggings and a blazer (that you do own) then you have a major problem. I am almost hundred percent sure you own more tops and bottoms than shoes, maybe even twice the number of shoes you have. So I tell to my self, why mortifying yourself thinking about an outfit you cannot accomplish? Why waking up thinking '"I know what I'll wore today! I'll look amazing!" and then remembering I don't have the shoes and then you have a dressing chaos (and that's never good).

The advice: If you're as weird as me, and like planing how you're dressing the next day ALWAYS start with shoes (unless you have the time and money to run and shop the shoes you wanted).

Oh and the thing is, I imagined this ankle-knee sandals with what I wore on tuesday! Don't you think it would've been a winning outfit? It would've been :( Oh well, I'll look for them and let you know if I found them.. they're a MH.

You would've loved this, guess that's one of the things I loved the most about you.. so open minded.

Sweet Tuesday

Yesterday was awesome! I can't find words to describe what I nice day I had. Antigua's carpets were AMAZING.. I've never seen much of them 'till yesterday, even though they're a tradition here in Guatemala, and I was totally amazed. We, (my family, my brother's girlfriend and one of my best friends) went to have breakfast first, then walk and walk to see the carpets and then to have lunch in "Quesos y Vino" (Cheeses and wine), which was delicious.

back to basics

Tomorrow I´m going to Antigua Guatemala with my family and best friend and this is what I'm wearing (sort of). It's gonna be so much fun I cant wait- So excited.
